Once again Barry Zito had a terrible pitching performance as he only lasted 3.2 innings as the Diamondbacks beat the Giants 5-4.  Zito gave up six hits and five earned runs in just over three innings.  Zito’s record is now 0-5 on the season.

Keiichi Yabu, Vinnie Chulk, and Tyler Walker all pitched in relief of Zito and did not allow a hit.  Great job by the bullpen, it was too bad they got put in such a big hole after Zito stunk it up.

Fred Lewis and Randy Winn both had two RBI each in the game.  Aaron Rowand struggled as he went 0-4 with three strikeouts.
